Anita Fleenor-Ford, MD
Physician
Dr. Fleenor-Ford attended Western Kentucky University with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. Subsequently, she completed medical school at the University of Louisville, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine in Chicago. Later, Dr. Fleenor-Ford completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Rush-Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center, also in Chicago. She moved to Paducah in 1998 after accepting an offer to become Medical Director of, a then newly funded HIV outpatient facility, LivWell, formerly known as Heartland Cares. Dr. Fleenor-Ford is a partner of Infectious Diseases Associates, continues to provide outpatient care at LivWell, and inpatient care at both Baptist Health Paducah and ContinueCare Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah. Dr. Fleenor-Ford is very active on other boards and loves to give back to her community.
Carl B. LeBuhn, MD
Physician
Dr. LeBuhn completed medical school at the University of Iowa, where he is originally from. After completing his residency, he was promoted to Chief Resident for Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital, where he then completed his fellowship for Infectious Diseases. He taught three years at the University of Iowa in the Division of General Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Dr. LeBuhn has spent the last 21 years providing outpatient Infectious Diseases consultations through the practice. He continues to provide inpatient consultations at Baptist Health Paducah, ContinueCare Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah, and Mercy Health Paducah, as well as primary care at LivWell. Dr. LeBuhn desires to serve his community in any capacity where he sees a need.
